Instructor FarhadThis program is deeply rooted in stress management; it is a regimen of mental and physical conditioning that includes flexibility, strength and cardiovascular training as well intense drills that develop skill, speed, stamina, endurance and precision. It is a fitness and conditioning program that is excellent for parents and working adults. In addition, the program also focuses on kick-boxing, sparring, forms, board breaking and weapons training.
